4. Guest Conduct
- Behavior: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any form of abusive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in eviction without refund.
- Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property. Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest’s credit card on file.
5. Liability
- Safety: The hotel is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.
